Physical Zhongli is build that exist for people who want to use Zhongli as main dps. Of course his overall damage can’t be compared with built-in physical damage dealer like Eula or Razor, but it’s still doable with proper setup.
By proper setup, not only you need to consider Zhongli overall build but his party member as well. Later in team building you will need to include Cryo and electro character for superconduct to decrease enemy Physical RES, and that Cryo character must be C6 Rosaria for another Physical RES decrease.
As for talent priotity, Normal Attack goes first, followed by Burst, then Skill.

Weapons
The good thing is, weapon for physical Zhongli: Crescent Pike is easy to get and max refine as long as you have required forging materials (polearm billet). Staff of Homa making Zhongli more to hybrid, boosting both his Normal ATK damage, burst damage, and stronger shield.
Artifacts
Your priority for artifact is 4 set Pale Flame from Ridge Watch domain:

As alternative, you can go with both 2 set artifact with Physical DMG Bonus:

Next is 4 Gladiator’s Finale which have effec to increase Normal Attack bt 35%.

Last alternative, you can go with 2 set of artifact with Physical DMG Bonus + 2 set of artifact with ATK +18%.

Team for Zhongli?
When running physical zhongli, superconduct elemental reaction is required so you will need to use Cryo and Electro for 2nd and 3rd slot. For Cryo character, C6 Rosaria or Shenhe for their Physical RES decrease, and anyone for Electro.
Last slot is buff/utility/healer, depend on what you need. In this case I’m using Yun Jin for DMG Bonus after using Normal Attack.
Zhongli Physical Team
For Zhongli rotation, use Normal Attack until Spear Kick animation then jump or dodge to cancel next animation, repeat.
