Who is Windblume Ode Good For?
In term of Elemental Mastery, Windblume Ode is watered down version of The Stringless. And when it comes to ATK buff, Prototype Crescent have higher ATK boost and longer duration.
Windblume Ode is decent weapon but definitely not the best and have some better options. You can use this weapon for Fischl, Faruzan, Kujou Sara, Venti, Tighnari, Collei, and Ganyu.
