The First Great Magic is 5 star bow announced during Fountaine 4.0 Livestream. This bow looks beautiful, and most likely tailored made for new upcoming 5 star bow character: Lyney.
This weapon will be available in the weapon event wish after Fountaine release.

ATK increased by 12/15/18/21/24%. For every party member with the same Elemental Type as the wielder (including the wielder themselves), gain 1 Gimmick stack. For every party member with a different Elemental Type from the wielder, gain 1 Theatrics stack. When the wielder has 1/2/3 or more Gimmick stacks, ATK will be increased by 8%/16%/40%–10%/20%/50%–12%/24%/60%–14%/28%/70%–16%/32%/80%. When the wielder has 1/2/3 or more Theatrics stacks, Movement SPD will be increased by 4%/7%/10%–6%/9%/12%–8%/11%/14%–10%/13%/16%–12%/15%/18%.

- Common Material 2: Transoceanic Pearl x15, Transoceanic Chunk x23 and Kaleidoscopic Crystal x27 dropped by Fontemer Aberrants.
Who is this Bow Good For?
This bow have CRIT DMG as main substats and effect to increase ATK or SPEED based on how many same or different elemental type in one party so we can take conclusion that this is bow for DPS character.
IF you want ATK increase, use this for Mono element party. IF you want SPEED increase, use this on regular party with different element.
Since this bow is kinda Lynette signature weapon, he can use this. Other DPS bow character can also utilize this weapon as long as they go for mono element party for ATK boost.
The character I think can benefit from SPEED boost is Yoimiya, Tartaglia, and Physical Fischl.
