If you ask why, this weapon passive is just bad. If you hit enemy and gaining stacks, and you get crit before your “big attack” hitting enemy, then it’s gone. For example, if you are using this weapon for Eula and it’s CRIT before Lightfall Sword explode, then it’s a waste.
Don’t buy it unless you like the design, craft claymore like Prototype Archaic instead.
