Who is Rightful Reward Good For?
Rightful Reward have HP% substats and energy recharge passive, and we have some polearm characters who is scaling based on HP%. Worse scenario, this weapon is good replacement for anyone who’s bored with Black Tassel despite having lower HP%.
This polearm can work with some characters like Zhongli, Thoma, Candace, Yaoyao, and Mika. This polearm is especially good for Yao yao who is healer of the party.
