Venti is very first limited 5 star character released in Genshin Impact who has made several appearances in limited banners. Venti whose real name is Barbatos is the Anemo Archon. He wields a bow as his primary weapon, and is excellent support character.
Venti’s Elemental Burst is one of the best crowd control skills in Genshin Impact. This skill can pull in small enemies, launch them into the air, and deal continuous damage for several seconds. The Elemental Burst inflicts Anemo damage. However, when combined with other elements, the skill’s damage increases based on the element it interacts with.

Your priority is getting as much as elemental mastery as possible while maintaining “enough” Energy recharge so Venti can burst every rotation.
Elegy is Venti signature, providing both Energy Recharge and Elemental Mastery, Stringless providing elemental skill and burst damage increase, Windblume Ode with it’s ATK increase,and Favonius Warbow if you want to use Venti as team battery.

4 VV is the best for any anemo character with its elemental res shred and swirl increase.

2 VV and Noblesse is also good option since your goal is to get Venti burst every rotation.

Team with full member of currently available Archon, because why not? Raiden elemental skill, Nahida mark, Zhongli shred, and Venti swirl work surprisingly well.

Morgana team or freeze team consisting of Cryo DPS (Ganyu/Kamisato Ayaka), Hydro enabler (Mona), and Swirl support (Sucrose, Venti, and Kazuha). It’s perma freeze team with idea to incapacitating the enemy endlessly while focusing on dealing damage and keep them freezing.

Frozen Bloom or Fridge Bloom taking advantage of the fact that there’s no reaction happening when Cryo and Anemo met Dendro, allowing to deal multiple instance of damage.
Fridgebloom team usually consisting of 1 dendro, 1 cryo, 1 hydro enabler, and 1 utility (shield, healing,swirl). In this example, we are using Nahida, Rosaria, Barbara (EM),and Venti.
