Hitting an opponent with Normal and Charged Attacks has a 60/70/80/90/100% chance of forming and dropping an Everfrost Icicle above them, dealing 80/95/110/125/140% AoE ATK DMG.
Opponents affected by Cryo are dealt 200/240/280/320/360% ATK DMG. Can only occur once every 10s.

Who is Frostbearer Good For?
With ATK substats and additional damage from Everfrost Icicle, Frostbearer are recommended to use for character that utilizes Normal and Charged attack in their rotation. But more additional damage require enemy to be affected by Cryo, so you need to switch to your cryo character, give the enemy cryo effect, then switch back to Forstbearer wielder.
Not so effective? Yes, so for now it’s usable for normal/charged attack character require extra step. Let’s hope that the next character Wriothesley is really cryo catalyst so we can finally use Frostbearer.
