Eye of Perception is 4 star catalyst with ATK substats. Obtainable from wish, this weapon considered as bottom tier when it comes to DPS. The ATK substats is good and all, but it’s passive kinda “meh” since it’s only deal physical damage and you can’t multiply that with scaling because so far we don’t have Physical catalyst.
It’s better to use other weapon like Favonius Codex, Sacrificial Fragments, or even craftable catalyst Mappa Mare.

Normal and Charged Attacks have a 50% chance to fire a Bolt of Perception, dealing 240/270/300/330/360% ATK as DMG. This bolt can bounce between opponents a maximum of 4 times. This effect can occur once every 12/11/10/9/8 s.

- Common Material 1: Mist Grass Pollen x15, Mist Grass x18, and Mist Grass Wick x27 dropped by all Fatui Cicin Mages.
- Common Material 2: Damaged Mask x10, Stained Mask x15 and Ominous Mask x18 dropped by hilichurls.
Who is Eye of Perception Good For?
Despite being bottom tier catalyst for now, Eye of Perception can be used by general catalyst damage dealer. Think it as last resort in case you didn’t have any good catalyst. Here’s all characters that can use this weapon: Klee, Lisa, Ningguang, Shikanoin Heizou, Yanfei, and The Wanderer.
