End of the Line is 4 star bow with Energy Recharge substats. This bow can be purchased from Loumelat, Fishing Association representative in Sumeru.
This seems to be a now-extinct fish. Its body is sufficiently elastic that a string may be attached to it to let it serve as a bow.

Triggers the Flowrider effect after using an Elemental Skill, dealing 80/100/120/140/160% ATK as AoE DMG upon hitting an opponent with an attack.
Flowrider will be removed after 15s or after causing 3 instances of AoE DMG. Only 1 instance of AoE DMG can be caused every 2s in this way. Flowrider can be triggered once every 12s.

Who is End of the Line Good For?
Usually Energy Recharge weapon is sought for many support or burst characters. But we are talking about ER bow here, and we already have some better choice like Favonius Warbow and Sacrificial Bow.
So yeah, might want to skip this weapon completely for now, unless you want it for collection or already using both Favonius Warbow and Sacrificial Bow for other character.
