Who is Blackcliff Pole Good For?
Blackcliff Pole have CRIT DMG substats which is nice for dps polearm, but considering it’s require to defeat enemy to trigger it’s effect.
It’s difficult to get and maintain stacks, only usable to fight mobs and not boss fight, so it’s fell behind when compared with other polearm.
It’s good for early game when you didn’t get much CRIT DMG stats from blue and purple artifact. Here’s some character that benefit from this polearm: Xiao, Hu Tao, Cyno, Rosaria, and Xiangling.
